The Union Bay Natural Area is a public wildlife area, and is a model of restoring land back to a natural, thriving state. Over 200 species of birds have been seen here! Please be mindful and respectful of the wildlife - this their home.
This is one of the nicest and most photogenic parks in the Seattle area, especially for birdwatchers. Whether you're into eagles, egrets, wildflowers or beavers, the Union Bay Natural Area and the surrounding trails provide a lot of opportunities for beautiful shots.
