About this spot
Together with the Dettifoss in Iceland, the Rheinfall (also known with the name Schaffhausen Waterfall) is the most powerful waterfall in Europe. The Rheinfall is not very high, 23 meters, but with a wide of 150 meters very impressive to see. The water flow at the Rhine waterfalls ranges from around 600,000 liter per second in summer to 250,000 liters per second in winter.
