About this spot
Fair Brook is a narrow, babbling stream
running off Kinder Scout’s northern edges,
down towards the Snake Pass. It eventually joins the River Ashop, finally meeting up with Ladybower. The brook has a number of cascades and waterfalls on its course, with the most notable being around 30 minutes from the car. A trident waterfall cascades over a rocky edge while the mountain-like scene stretches out into the distance.
