United Kingdom Dean Rocks

About this spot
Saddleworth is a huge and expansive area, but the majority of the interest is centred around Dove Stone Reservoir. Looming east of the reservoir is the impressive cliff face of Dean Rocks which imposes like nothing else in the Peak District.

From the top the views are as outstanding as they are dramatic. The imposing cliffs create sheer drops to the reservoir below. Various weathered gritstone formations litter the edge to add interest.
