This spot is located at the Change square wich is a square in the 5th arrondissement of Lyon in Old Lyon. It is surrounded by Renaissance buildings including the Temple du Change which also gives it its name.
This official building dedicated to foreign exchange operations dates from 1653. It was created by the Parisian architect Simon Gourdet. The bankers hold the trade until the Revolution in this establishment. In 1803 he was assigned to Protestant worship.
