About this spot
King's Cross St Pancras is the biggest interchange station on the London Underground, serving six lines on four pairs of tracks as well as two National Rail stations and St Pancras International. A recent urban renewal project has improved both stations and joined them via a large public square. It is an area of numerous architectural feats, both modern and historical.

The Victorian facade of the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel is fast becoming London's most photographed hotel. Inside the hotel is a grand staircase.

Those of a certain age may recognise that staircase from its appearance in the music video for "Wannabe", the debut single of the Spice Girls.
