Steptoe Butte is a must visit when in the area. Looking west from the butte I made a modest photo before the edit. With Photoshop I lowered texture so that the hills lost detail and looked more wave-like. The sky was given a motion blur to echo the feeling of waves. NiK Collection gave me choices for the BW.
