Shoot with care
Shooting the exterior should pose no problem. Inside the station, I was capturing some footage on my phone for my Instagram story, and was approached by a plain-clothes policeman who told me not to take photos, and to delete from my phone what I'd just taken.
Having reflected on this encounter (and seen many other images from inside the station online), I feel he was perhaps more concerned that he had been caught on camera, and as a plain-clothes officer he wanted to remain anonymous. He made no reference to deleting images from my main camera which was hanging round my neck.
Therefore I present the station interior images here for reference, but suggest you exercise caution if deciding to shoot inside the station, and do as you're told if approached by any officials.

About this spot
Yeritasardakan Metro station opened in 1981, and is a great example of Soviet architecture. The angled cylinder atop the building lets light down into the escalators that descend deep underground.
As you approach the platforms, artwork can be seen on each wall, and finally, the central tunnel features an intricate motif at the far end with arches on each side leading to the two platforms.
