About this spot
Tiger Meadows in the Coville National Forest was the site of an early homestead. The US Forest Service has divided the meadow into 3 fenced pastures, allowing rest/rotation grazing. This keeps the meadow grass vigorous. The meadows are surrounded by a forest of pines, firs, and larch with scattered aspens at the forest edge.
