About this spot
Located on the west coast of the island, the Spooyt Vane waterfall remains hidden away in the Glen Mooar Valley. The beautiful Spooyt Vane, which is Manx Gaelic for 'White Spout', lies just outside the glen's boundary but visitors are welcome to view it by courtesy of the land owner. Spooyt Vane is the highest and most photographed of all of our waterfalls.
