About this spot
The spot includes two bridges across the scenic South fork of the Yuba river. The new bridge is to the west and is the current hwy 49 crossing. The old bridge is no longer open to vehicle traffic and is a perfect spot for both landscape and portrait shots. The river between the two bridges is also a popular "put in" spot for the local kayakers for one of the best South fork river runs. During the high season, you can catch some great kayaking shots.
