About this spot
Sitorai Mohkli-Khosa Palace is the Summer Palace for the Emir, originally outside Bukhara but now on the outskirts.

Inside, the White Hall is a masterpiece of typical Bukharan stucco (ganch), niches and mirrors. Master craftsmen Shirin Muradov also decorated the Bukhara lobby in the Tashkent opera. The hall is lit by a huge chandelier brought from Poland; the door locks and door handles were brought from England and most of the furniture was imported from Russia.

It was built three times by the last three Emirs and the surviving version dates from 1912 to 1918
