About this spot
Abbazia di Sant'Antimo is a breathtaking 12th-century abbey in the middle of the rolling hills of Tuscany. It's a true masterpiece of medieval architecture and spiritual significance, with its origins shrouded in legend, some attributing its foundation to Charlemagne himself. The abbey boasts an imposing structure, adorned with Romanesque arches and intricate carvings.
And it seems that just for photographers, a massive cypress tree was planted next to the church tower, transforming this abbey into an outstanding photo spot!
Surrounding the abbey are centuries-old olive trees, providing a picturesque frame for your photos.
