About this spot
The Pooh Corner is a well-known house loved by fans of A.A. Milne's Winnie-the-Pooh. The building dates back to 1703, but it was only in the late 1970s that it officially became known as "Pooh Corner". In 1978, the founders of the gift and tea shop used to produce Winnie-the-Pooh ceramics, and they had the opportunity to meet Christopher Milne (A.A. Milne's son, who was the inspiration for Christopher Robin's character in the books) on multiple occasions.
