The ossuary ia s memorial park to over 100.000 fallen Italian, who died in WWI on Karst sector of Isonzo battlefield. On the bottom side, Army commander Count d'Aosta and hig generals are buried, follows by over 100.000 fallen personel. On top, there is a memorial chapel.
