About this spot
In northeast Scotland, Cromarty Firth is home to a number of oil-rigs. The rigs aren't drilling here- they are either in the process of being decommissioned, or are being kept in a sleeping state, ready to be moved back out to the north sea should demand require it.
With a backdrop of the highland landscape, the rigs make for an interesting subject if you're in the area.
