Novigrad (Cittanova in Italian) is a small coastal town on Istrian peninsula in Croatia. Its small historical town centre is a pleasant area worth exploring with camera and a nice place to have an iced coffee or a cold beer in summer.
Unlike popular Istrian cities such as Rovinj or Poreč, Novigrad is more laid back and much smaller. It is popular with local European tourists from Slovenia, Italy and Austria, many own holiday homes in the nearby area.
