About this spot
Built in the Middle Ages, the Modave castle was partially destroyed in the mid-17th century. It was subsequently restored and given a classical facade, turning it into an elegant country house. The formerly landscaped French gardens further enhance its charm.

Perched on a rocky outcrop 60 meters above the Hoyoux valley, the castle offers, especially from its recently restored terrace, an exceptional view of the surrounding nature, a nature reserve of 450 hectares.
