Madikwe Game Reserve is a protected wildlife sanctuary located in the North West Province of South Africa, near the border with Botswana. The reserve covers over 750 square kilometers and is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including the famous Big Five (lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhinoceros), as well as many other species such as cheetah, wild dog, giraffe, zebra, and numerous antelope species.

Visitors to Madikwe can enjoy a range of activities, including game drives, walking safaris, bird watching, and stargazing. The reserve is known for its excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, and the chance to see rare and endangered species such as the African wild dog, brown hyena, and black rhinoceros.

In addition to its conservation efforts, Madikwe Game Reserve is also involved in a number of community development initiatives, including education and job creation programs.
