About this spot
Koronisi is an uninhabited islet, which is the third and smallest island in Tolo (Greece) after Romvi and Daskalio. The islet is situated at a mere distance of about 560 meters from the coast, just opposite the village. The slopes of the island are rocky and are covered with wild low vegetation, pines, olives and cypresses. A small chapel dedicated to the Holy Apostles was built in 1830 at the top of the islet. The background view consists of the islets of Ypsili and Plateia. The island is not only an archaeological site but also a natural park with rich and rare fauna and flora.
