I had no problem going through here, but I would exercise caution here. Be respectful of the people that live here. This is the largest urban slum in Africa, census wise no one really knows how many people live here, it ranges from 250,000 to over a million.

About this spot
Kibera is a densely populated informal settlement located in Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya. It is estimated that approximately 250,000-300,000 people live in Kibera, making it one of the largest slums in Africa.

Kibera is characterized by overcrowding, poverty, inadequate infrastructure, and limited access to basic services such as clean water, sanitation, and healthcare. The settlement is also known for its high rates of crime, unemployment, and HIV/AIDS.

Despite these challenges, Kibera is a vibrant and resilient community that is home to a diverse population, including people from different ethnicities, religions, and backgrounds. The settlement has a rich cultural heritage, and residents have created their own social and economic networks to cope with the challenges they face.
