About this spot
The Head of Sinbad is a very unusual pictograph of a human-like figure crowned by a snake with two plant-like image and a monkey-like image. It is located in the San Rafael Swell at Locomotive Point and there are several other pictographs nearby. It is also near Dutchman Arch, and both can easily be visited on a single trip. Though very close to Interstate 70, it requires a drive on dirt roads and a short hike or travel with a high-clearance 4-wheel drive.
