About this spot
The Venetian Prealps are a mountain range in the south-eastern part of the Alps. They are located in Triveneto, in the north-eastern part of Italy ranging from 1000 to 1500 meters of altitude, with vast grassy open spaces on the summits. The gentle slopes are adorned with beautiful blooms in spring.

The Pian di Cultura is one of these mountains, and is situated close to the town of Feltre, overlooking the Belluno valley. It is particularly known in the province of Belluno for Narcissus that blossom during the month of May. From here you also have an unobscured view of the Vette Feltrine, the mountains of Belluno and Monte Schiara, the most emblematic peak, and up to the Alpago mountains. You can also see glimpses of the famous Pale di San Martino Group.
