Dutchman Arch is a small, but pretty arch on the San Rafael Swell at Locomotive Point. It is near the Head of Sinbad pictograph panel, and both can easily be visited on a single trip. Though very close to Interstate 70, it requires a drive on dirt roads and a short hike or travel with a high-clearance 4-wheel drive.
