Much photographed residential houses built in 1850 . The 23 houses are painted in bright colours and known as the ‘The Deck of Cards’ by the locals who joke if the house at the bottom fell the rest would collapse. In fact the houses resemble an upside V . They are probably the most photographed houses in Cobh.
