About this spot
The Dalles Mountain Ranch portion of Columbia Hills State Park is one of the best spots in the Pacific Northwest for early spring wildflowers. The fields a short ways east and south of the ranch are easy to access and often have some of the best flowers, but other parts of the park may also have good flowers in season.
