Another of Istanbul's underground Cisterns, Şerefiye Sarnıcı lacks the scale of the Basilica Cistern, however it gives the visitor a different experience by featuring 360 degree projected light-shows. It is thought it was constructed during the rule of Theodosius II (408-450)
