Chefchaouen, or Chaouen, is a city in the Rif Mountains of northwest Morocco known for its striking, blue-washed buildings in the old town. On the west side of the central square there is an area where you will get panoramic views of the Grand Mosquee, the walls of the ancient citadel (Kasbah) and the Medina, and the mountains in the background. This is a perfect spot for a sunset image.
