About this spot
Carolafelsen is one of the most picturesque open spots and viewpoints in Saxony Switzerland. You can see a nice panorama over Schrammsteine, Falkenberg and other view points in the area. One of main interest points is/was a birch tree growing seemingly from the stones. Storms of the years 2017-2018 have definitely left it's tool on that tree and it's not as beautiful as it was.
