Bryygen is the old wharf district of Bergen. It is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. The best views of Bryygen are from across the harbor. Viewed from here, the distinct buildings of the district stand out in front of the water, while the typically tourists crowd in front of the buildings is minimized.
