This is a protected marsh area with one boardwalk trail leading into the lake. Scuba divers regularly use this area for training and for fishing salt water fish.
About this spot
This is a salt-water and warm water scuba diving lake in the middle of the Nevada/Utah desert. In the early morning in fall, the steam rises up from the lake making for lovey photos. We happened to catch some scuba divers when we were there one time filming ballerinas. The area is surrounded by weedy reeds and beautiful mountains in the background.
