About this spot
Bergen is a small, old and picturesque town on Norway’s southwestern coast. It's surrounded by mountains and fjords, including Sognefjord, the country’s longest and deepest. It's full of colourful wooden houses, narrow cobble stone streets and beautiful street art.

At the harbour, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the old wharf is beautifully preserved; Buildings are kept the way it looked back in the day when the fishing industry was big.

They say Bergen is one of the rainiest towns in Norway but when we were there the sun shone the entire time. But check the weather and bring rain gear just in case!
