For most of my career, my day job has been working in the area of interactive media design. Most recently, I have been teaching media design at the University of Washington, Bothell for the last 5 years. I am also heading an oral history project for the Snohomish County Historical Society, have published photographs in two recent books on religious history, and am working with a committee on a project to honor essential workers. Joy, however, comes from trying to capture my experiences of the amazing world in which I live through my photography.
