The Watchman is one of the icons that have occupied me for years. Recently the opportunity for a visit arose again: the fantastic light in the evening, the intense colors of the red rocks and the view of the Virgin River reflecting the blue of the sky and at the same time leading the viewer into the picture, just wow. The Watchman framed by the autumn colored trees, and the river finding its way in added a magical element - the composition was perfect for my feeling.
