Carr's Marsh Conservation Area. I had kayaked over (only access) from Cobourg beach about 1.5-2kms to east and noticed after all Cormorants had cleared out upon my arrival this blind Cormorant. Waded in beside it, my sound hidden by waves and photographed it close up...seemed to be doing well despite being blind.
