Adrian Wright 215

Wrexham, United Kingdom
I am Adrian Wright, a 49 year old amateur photographer from Wrexham which is a city in the north of Wales in the UK. I was born in West Bromwich but as a family we moved to Bradford in the early 1970s and then later in the decade we moved to Stourbridge which is in the West Midlands. In 2014 I finished a university course which had been taking quite a lot of my time and the end of the degree left me with spare hours. I then decided to buy my first DSLR camera the Nikon D3300. To try this new camera out my wife Becky suggested we walk into the mountains of Snowdonia to see if there were any good landscapes to capture - well this changed my life completely. Becky and I spend a lot of our time travelling around Wales and further afield. We love travelling and have a few areas that we would like to see. I went through various cameras such as Nikon D7000, D750, D850 before buying into the mirrorless system so now use the Nikon Z6 and Z7. My main passions are landscape photography, particularly in the mountains during the winter months. During the spring and autumn we like to turn our hand to dark sky photography especially when we find an old abandoned building to light paint - perhaps a bit of milky way too.
