Please do not feed the birds - feeding the ducks and geese makes us feel good but it is actually not good for the welfare of the ducks and geese. See the park website for more details.

About this spot
Verulamium Park is a park in St Albans, Hertfordshire, set in over 100 acres of parkland.

The park is named after the Roman city of Verulamium on which it stands. The city walls and outline of the main London Gate can still be seen.

The Verulamium Museum is located in the park and is built on the site of one of the largest Roman cities in Britain. The museum is filled with ancient treasures and some of the finest mosaics outside of the Mediterranean.
