About this spot
This lovely refurbished lighthouse is planted on a rocky outcrop looking out over the sea with the old volcanic island of Ailsa Craig beyond. Sitting betwixt small rocky beaches both North and South of the lighthouse, there are plenty of areas to shoot from to make an interesting image. As a bonus, you can get a refreshments and snacks from the lighthouse cafe, with a lovely seating area to the rear. Toilets are also available.
