The Thumb is a sandstone pinnacle along Monument Valley's Scenic Drive, that with some generous imagination, looks like a thumb. While The Thumb is interesting, the view through the North Window from this location is classic. The Scenic Drive is a 17-mile unpaved road that circles through a portion of the valley.
