The statue of Jobst of Moravia by the sculptor Jaroslav Rona was first revealed in 2015. It depicts the Margrave of Moravia (which he ruled 1375-1411) on the horse with giraffe legs.
Unfortunately, it got famous by the view from underneath, from where it looks like... well, just look at the the picture.
