This lighthouse is officially called the ‘Ship Canal North Pierhead Lighthouse’. It may also be listed as 'Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal Pierhead' or 'Canal North Pierhead Light' on some maps and GPS. It's situated on the North pier of the southern entrance to the Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal on Lake Michigan.
