About this spot
Pannenhuis station was opened on 6 October 1982 together with Bockstael, Belgica, Simonis and Ossegem to extend metro line 1A from Beekkant to Bockstael. Since the metro network was revised in 2009, metro line 6 operated this station.

The metro station is named after the Pannenhuisstraat, which is located just west, in the municipality of Jette.
