About this spot
The Rudolfinum building was built in 19th century in the Neo-Renaissance style, a popular architectural style in Austro-Hungarian Empire at the end of the century. It was named after crown prince Rudolf.

Today it hosts two important museums of Slovenia, National museum of Slovenia and Slovenian museum of natural history.
