The National Library of Belarus stands in the eastern part of the capital city of Minsk. This is a very modern area, with new apartments and an upscale shopping mall next door. The building was completed in 2006 and is a landmark of the city, though many consider it to be very ugly.
There is no entrance fee to get this photo, but I don't know if there is one to look inside the building.
