About this spot
This spot on the Natchez Trace Parkway features an old tobacco drying barn, typical of the type found in the early 1900s. This example is actually from the mid 20th century, and was sold to the State of Tennessee in 1977. After that, it was subsequently turned over to the National Park Service.
Inside, you should find some hanging tobacco as an added feature to photograph (and experience the smell).

From this spot, you can also drive north for about two miles on the Old Trace- this is a rough track but passable for normal vehicles. You pop back out onto the trace north of the Tobacco Farm.
