About this spot
La Valle is a narrow side valley of the famous Val Badia. The entrance is near the village of Pederoa about halfway along the SS244, which connects Corvara to Brunico. From the village of Pederoa in the valley bottom the road climbs up to the village of San Genesio to a small group of houses, the most famous of which is Tolpei.
The head of the valley is formed by the wonderful Dolomite group of the Sasso della Croce and the most important visible peaks are the Sasso delle 9 and Sasso delle 10. In this valley you’ll find few hotels but many houses offer bed and breakfast or private rooms.
