About this spot
Heinabergslón is another south-coast glacial lagoon. Access is via a longer rough gravel road, and the extra effort means it's much quieter than it's famous cousin, Jökulsárlón - in fact, as I arrived, a canoe trip were departing, and after that I had the place to myself.
