The Genesee Valley Lutheran Church is a white clapboard church with a steeple. Adjoining the north side of the church is a cemetery with hundreds of gravestone with dates ranging back to the early 1900s. Several mature evergreen trees and a few deciduous trees are located on the property. From the parking lot, there is a view south to several nearby barns.

The church was built in 1912. The Genesee Valley Lutheran Church is an active church that holds Sunday school and services each Sunday typically starting at 9 a.m. Occasionally other activities are held at the church during the week.
