About this spot
A nature reserve on the outskirts of Portsmouth with parking available. The best I’ve seen this place is during frosty conditions, but sunrises on Misty mornings can also be stunning. I may be the only photographer shooting landscape style images here has its very popular with bird watchers and 400mm Lens carriers getting images of the great bird life on offer in the reserve with many vantage points a long the way.
You can stick to the circular path on the outskirts or walk freely in the marshes just be careful to keep not of signs and white markers of where not to go to disturb nesting birds.
