About this spot
Dillon Falls itself is a drop of about 15 feet on the Deschutes River. However, the river drops another 50 feet or so in in a series of steep rapids below the falls proper. The falls themselves are somewhat difficult to view (and photograph) from the viewpoint, but the rapids and gorge below the falls are easily viewed. true waterfall.
